Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot to manage our contacts. We use Hubspot to monitor leads and make sure tasks are being completed.
  • Easy to use.
  • Update on real time.
  • Allows me to see everything in one spot.
  • Would love if we could call and text all in one place with auto dial.
  • Would love if we were given a heads up before updates causing the site to crash.
  • More user friendly for new users.
  • Helped us track better.
