Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Our organization uses Hubspot to manage our various pipelines, track our email communication, and make our communication with our clients automated/easier wherever we can. We use reporting to track sales metrics, and also tickets to track client onboarding processes. All of these features ensure that we are able to support our clients as quickly as possible.

HubSpot is the best there is, but it is long overdue for a visual overhaul.
HubSpot is better at offering free previous premium features and feels more user-friendly.

If you are an org that needs to manage a pipeline, Hubspot is the way to go. We can easily report on all key metrics, and proposals/quotes are easily generated with very little work. If you are an org that is selling services that go beyond line items on a proposal, you may want to look elsewhere for your quote building.
