Our organization uses Hubspot to manage our various pipelines, track our email communication, and make our communication with our clients automated/easier wherever we can. We use reporting to track sales metrics, and also tickets to track client onboarding processes. All of these features ensure that we are able to support our clients as quickly as possible.
