Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot for various tickets, closing them out after calls, placing tickets for other employees to look into certain issues, and even during sales calls to pass along information. We rely heavily on HubSpot and it's been an amazing tool. We mainly use the Tickets menu as well as the meetings menu for the calls.
  • Layout for Tickets.
  • Reminders for tickets.
  • Placing importance on tickets if needed.
  • Sometimes its Lags or goes offline.
  • Tickets menu gets too big if we don't zoom out.
  • Allowing the search between clients to become a little easier.
  • Revenue Growth.
  • Tracking Sales.
  • Better follow up with clients.
Easily able to maneuver around HubSpot and find what I need.
Only used HubSpot CRM.

It was well suited for us because we work with many different clients, and it allows us to find the tickets and move them around accordingly with ease.
