- Show more options for sales and marketing to join together by making suggestions /tracking.
- How to personalize the information to suit the user.
- Customer management helps with continued follow-up reminders - builds revenue growth.
- Follow up is easier with notes on the file to save time.
- Nice to have all information on 1-file for time saving which builds revenue.
HubSpot seems to be more intuitive and provides more options for marketing, drip campaigns, and tracking information as well as more dashboard info.
