Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I look up clients and make appointments with them. Then it transfers to my outlook calendar. I use it to update meetings. I use it to find clients, and run reports. It is an excellent work tool.
  • Transfers form HubSpot calendar.
  • Copies email to HubSpot.
  • Easily find clients.
  • When searching for meetings. There should be a calendar.
  • Increased rep adoption.
  • An excellent CRM that allows meeting notes to be added on the run.
  • On your phone you know when customers have opened their emails.
A lot easier than the previous CRM I have used.
I haven't used any other products.

HubSpot CRM is easy to find what you are looking for. If I can't find a client by name, I can then look at the company and find them there. I think it is really useful to send your emails to HubSpot.
