Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot in a sales and deal management capacity. It helps organize our approach, relationship management and closing deals.

  • Notification of duplicate accounts.
  • Signature does not work great when emailing from HubSpot.
  • It is helping our business increase our sales conversion rate.
  • Manage leads and deal pipeline.
  • Revenue Growth.
HubSpot is the best CRM I have used, better than SalesForce from a sales perspective. If I had to choose a CRM, I would choose HubSpot.

I have used SalesForce for 4 years previously; I was told by that HubSpot was cheaper and would not be as good by peers. After now using it for a year, I believe from a Sales perspective, it is better than SalesForce. Much easier to use and gives a greater insight which helps me win deals.
