Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot to track our entire sales and fulfillment process. HubSpot allows me to keep an eye on each opportunity and helps me create next steps to prevent losing clients and open opportunities. It also gives this same visibility to my entire team.

HubSpot is way easier to navigate in my opinion. Our old CRM was very clunky.

One of my favorite parts is customer service. The CS is almost like a FT team able to help you build your HubSpot process out. They are amazing!!
