Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it in many sectors of our company. For sales we use it to create and manage tasks, log and track emails, and for reporting features. We're able to gather data points from our leads and use them to inform future sales decisions. The reports dashboard has been very helpful in targeting key accounts.
Pros
- The ability to create, schedule, and manage tasks
- Reporting functionality
- Extensions with gmail - log and track / templates and meetings still accessible
Cons
- Allowing 1 chat bot to segment into 2 different departments (i.e sales and support) rather than having 2 different chat bots on a web page
- Sales rep buy in - ownership
Tracking capabilities have been very helpful. Both departments can see what the other department has done as far as contacts and touches. This helps keep everyone informed and on the same page.
