Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
As a consulting firm for process safety, we use HubSpot for marketing, lead generation and management, and reporting. With HubSpot we are able to have real-time reporting and a place to reference our sales and marketing efforts to drive our business. We also use it to build email marketing campaigns and automate many of our sales processes.
Pros
- Lead tracking across website
- Seamless integration with email and calendar
- Great visualization of reporting/dashboards
Cons
- Reporting friendliness - I would like to have the ability to generate reports I want easier and will oftentimes find myself exporting to excel to get the data I want
- Understanding the backside of HubSpot generated reports to ensure data accuracy
- better notification settings. My laptop gets a notification every time someone even thinks about an email I sent
- Increased time on ROI generating activities instead of managing reporting and data accuracy
This is a growing internal problem in my company, that we are currently working through. At this time, HubSpot does not play a role in alignment or misalignment.
Previous usage of Salesforce seems to provide more customization and friendlier reporting generation.
