Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
The sales team uses Hubspot, the most within our organization, but our Account Management team and support use it as well.
Pros
- Sales Automation.
- Customer Support.
- Record Organization.

Cons
- I would like to be able to move contacts between marketing and non-marketing on the contact level record instead of having to do it through lists or the contacts drop-down.
- Campaigns for tracking sales purposes.
- Sales reps are better organized, which results in more sales being made.
We find the marketing email analytics for most engaged clicks / opens super helpful for our sales team. It is easily exported and then can be imported as its own list to pop into a sales sequence for follow-up.
I think HubSpot is more intuitive than Salesforce. Also, the academy courses and customer support are outstanding and super helpful.
