Literally only drawback is the mobile app
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use Hubspot for lead tracking, customer follow up and engagement, as well as sales tracking (closing %'s). We also use HS to help determine effectiveness of certain marketing and advertising campaigns we launch.
Pros

- Definitely use it to help sales people nurture their leads as well
Cons
- Texting Capabilities, this is not even available, we have to go through a 3rd party
- In my opinion, the mobile app is not beneficial for our company at all, we have to use the desktop view with our cell phones instead
- I would like to see more engagement from our Hubspot reps. More interaction would be helpful.

- Before I got here the company was only using HS as an electronic phonebook
- Within the last 3 months we have seen our closing %'s drastically improve as use of the system has been what it was always envisioned to be
- Basically, if you dont put good info in and use the system it wont do anything for you. However, when you use it correctly and put it to work for you, based on the data your provide it, it will def make you more $$.
It has helped us better track and determine the quality of a campaign. Instead of just throwing darts blindfolded, we are now able to see what works and doesnt.
Hubspot was already here when I started, but I would choose them over the others.
