We use HubSpot for our sales team. It allows us to keep track of leads, connect internally to move opportunities forward, track outreach, and stay on top of follow ups. We manage all sales relationships through hubspot from first outreach to closing of the sale. It helps us limit duplicate outreach and encourage more consistent outreach.

Our sales and marketing teams work very closely with one another. Our Sales team is now doing more prospecting than ever before and having lots of success. Our marketing team has been able to re-do and re-upload all of our external facing price sheets and guides without missing a beat.
I much prefer hubspots interface, customer service, simplicity, and marketing capabilities. Odoo was often slow and/or not useful for what marketing or sales needed done. Odoo was also extremely difficult to customize for our needs. Now our Business development team can edit as needed and create new fields. Odoo was not useful for our goals.
