Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is like an extended brain! It logs calls, it remembers dates and times of conversations, and has input for all the necessary details to create an engaged customer profile and advance them through the next steps in our sales process! I’m able to set tasks and keep up with so much more than I could with pen and paper schedules. I love the reminders and all the integrations with the other apps my company uses. I wouldn’t get even half the results without HubSpot CRM.

- Remove aircall if we don’t want it
- Better list-making capability
- More specificity on what “Notes” are when searching for notes
- Really shortened the client lifespan from contact to close
- Helps me take detailed notes
- Organization is huge
Telling us lead source is critical. Helps us sort out bad leads quickly and where they’re coming from.
HubSpot just has more data points to leverage. Period. The reminders are better and the email integration is better
