Hubspot CRM is a very useful tool in my organization. We use Hubspot CRM to manage customer relationships and engagement at each stage of the customer's journey. Hubspot CRM allows you to track your progress and can be used by others in your organization to do the same. This is very important because this allows successful continuity of engagement with the customer regardless of who on the team is corresponding.

HubSpot CRM is a really great tool for businesses. Particularly in its capabilities to align sales and marketing efforts, Hubspot CRM allows businesses to engage and find customer information easily. Whenever new customers are engaged, HubSpot CRM creates a trail of engagement so that both sales and marketing teams will know when, where, how, why, and what to engage existing and new customers with as it can easily be obtained from reviewing the customer's profile in HubSpot.

HubSpot CRM is an all-inclusive tool used to provide CRM solutions to businesses. When compared to software like Asana, HubSpot CRM goes a step further by streamlining tasks into actions and tracking those actions based on a customer journey. In Asana, while tasks can be outlined for a particular customer engagement, this is entirely determined by the person who created the task and not based on a set customer journey. While Zendesk is similar to HubSpot CRM, it can be difficult to use, especially in aligning a number of integrations.
