Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot to track my daily sales calls and follow-up calls. I enter my notes from my appointments and my sales calls. This allows me to keep track of who I need to call back or follow up with an in-person meeting.
Pros
- Allows for information about the company that we call on.
- It reminds me who I need to call or send an email to.
- Let me track how many calls and meetings I have each week/day.
- I like that it allows for templates so that we have emails ready to go.
Cons
- A lot of steps sometimes, and not enough training on how to utilize them all.
- This is not something that I am in control of.
Very much so - our Marketing person has a great knowledge of the system and sets the sales executives up for success.
HubSpot is easier to use.
