Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to track my daily sales calls and follow-up calls. I enter my notes from my appointments and my sales calls. This allows me to keep track of who I need to call back or follow up with an in-person meeting.

Pros

  • Allows for information about the company that we call on.
  • It reminds me who I need to call or send an email to.
  • Let me track how many calls and meetings I have each week/day.
  • I like that it allows for templates so that we have emails ready to go.

Cons

  • A lot of steps sometimes, and not enough training on how to utilize them all.
  • This is not something that I am in control of.
I mentioned this before; it is the easiest to learn and use out of the other two I have used in the past.
Very much so - our Marketing person has a great knowledge of the system and sets the sales executives up for success.

I have been in sales for over 20 years and have used three different systems to track my progress. Hubspot has been the easiest to use so far.
