Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I am able to accomplish both tasks in a short amount of time. Organizing and editing the leads in the system is very easy to do. The software is very intuitive. If you don't know how to do something, it's easy to figure it out on your own. The software is fast as well, and hardly any glitches.

I have worked directly for CRM companies implementing CRM solutions for users, and I must say it's way better than any company I've ever worked for.
It's allowed us to efficiently engage with customers who have pending applications needing to be closed out.
Salesforce is too complicated and over-detailed for the general users' needs. Red Tail is strictly for financial CRM users.

It is well suited to manage leads and sales type Oriented accounts. It may not be good for managing tickets or support cases, however, it will help keep that organized if you use Zendesk in addition to this.
