Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot for the main chunk of what we do at my organization. It is how we organize, track, and process leads, applications, interns, etc. Everyone who comes through our company, has a spot on Hubspot. We use Hubspot to outreach to all of our leads and companies that we work with. It is really helpful to have the organizational tools at hand, such as filters, sequences, and note-taking. This allows for our organization to keep track of everyone that comes in, versus losing track of everyone.

Hubspot has been easier for me to use than other software based on the ease of access all on the front page. Other software I have used have had several "pages" and places to click to get to certain information. Hubspot shows you everything you need right there which has been incredibly helpful and saves time when collecting information. It also allows for you to be more efficient when on the phone with a client and needing to pull from several sources of information.
Sales team can see the efforts marketing is putting in, and marketing can see what all the sales team is doing with hubspot. This is hugely beneficial so we are not overlapping our efforts, and allows us to quickly know which areas we need to work on and where to stay in our lanes.
I was not the one to choose Hubspot for the company, I moreso had to learn once I was hired. It was tricky to learn at first because there is so much information on Hubspot, but once I got the hang of it I have been able to experience the ease of access it allows.

Hubspot CRM is well suited to help you organize all leads expressing interest in your company. They do a great job at providing a snapshot of a candidate, via different areas of information. This allows you to get a quick feel for the person you are going to be talking to. I haver not had experiences where Hubspot has been unnecessary or inappropriate for a situation. It has been helpful for everything we do at my company. We base everything we do around Hubspot.
