Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use Hubspot for the main chunk of what we do at my organization. It is how we organize, track, and process leads, applications, interns, etc. Everyone who comes through our company, has a spot on Hubspot. We use Hubspot to outreach to all of our leads and companies that we work with. It is really helpful to have the organizational tools at hand, such as filters, sequences, and note-taking. This allows for our organization to keep track of everyone that comes in, versus losing track of everyone.

Sales team can see the efforts marketing is putting in, and marketing can see what all the sales team is doing with hubspot. This is hugely beneficial so we are not overlapping our efforts, and allows us to quickly know which areas we need to work on and where to stay in our lanes.
I was not the one to choose Hubspot for the company, I moreso had to learn once I was hired. It was tricky to learn at first because there is so much information on Hubspot, but once I got the hang of it I have been able to experience the ease of access it allows.
