Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We are a software house and we needed a platform to help us with our sales and marketing campaigns. HubSpot was a great discovery for us because it is all in one, has a great crm database and very easy to use, templates for marketing, great sequencing workflow. Our business activity has improved steadily.

has a very simple and easy-to-use interface, the integration with gmail and google calendar is absolutely amazing.
HubSpot Sales Hub has definitely improved and changed our sales activity. you can automate sequences, track lead lifecycle and create deals, this helps to structure sales pipeline, track deals. this way we don't lose any information anymore, it helps us to follow up our customers in time. so we recommend all users to use Deals pipeline.

It is very easy for us to schedule sequences, this has improved our business operations and saved a lot of time, perhaps there is room for improvement in the management of ongoing sequences-the ability to pause and reschedule them.
