Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot to Manage our deals, forecast pipeline revenue, set targets. Use of analytics tools to do so. It keeps everything organised and has features, like Tasks, to remind us when to follow up with customers. We also use it to communicate with other sectors in the business and communicate by using the tagging tool.

Compared to other CRM's HubSpot seems up to date. It looks fresh visually, it operates fast, no having to wait for pages to load etc. Ease of use is a big one - it took me all of 2 days to know the in's and out's of how our business uses HubSpot. Good interface.
Easier to use, looks more appealing, suits our own business more.

Well Suited - Efficient in managing deals through our particular pipeline - we are able to see which deals have progressed and which deals have not.
For our onboarding team, we can put it into a particular deal stage in the pipeline and it automatically goes into theirs, it is very streamlined in that way.
Where it's isn't great or lacks functionality is where you have to manually set a reminder for a task, sometimes if you forget to add this, you miss the task completely
