Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot to Manage our deals, forecast pipeline revenue, set targets. Use of analytics tools to do so. It keeps everything organised and has features, like Tasks, to remind us when to follow up with customers. We also use it to communicate with other sectors in the business and communicate by using the tagging tool.

- Lay out different deal stages
- Forecast revenue.
- Can get a bit cluttered and hard to view.
- The Task reminders page layout is different to other pages - lacks continuity.
- Phone tab goes away when on a call and you change tabs
