Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is our primary platform for customer-centric marketing efforts, and is used to coordinate and measure our sales activity, including calls, emails and meetings.

Pros

  • Email marketing is easy to set up, from email design and audience to monitoring engagement and response
  • Reporting on activity is mostly intuitive, with a wide selection of pre-built reports and a highly customisable system for building new reports
  • A wide variety of activities can be tracked by the sales team, so however they communicate with contacts it can be recorded accurately

Cons

  • Certain information can be difficult to report on. It can be easier to export and handle in a spreadsheet sometimes.
  • A lack of an HTML editor for emails was a problem when we needed it in the past
  • Increased sales rep adoption
  • Consolidating marketing activity
HubSpot is easier to use than other CRMs I have experience with, and most actions are intuitive. Where they aren't, the comprehensive knowledge base often has detailed guides which are very helpful.
HubSpot has aided alignment particularly where data is concerned - marketing can see how leads have been followed up, and sales can see exactly what marketing a contact has received. This helps each team to be more accountable to the other as appropriate. Being able to see the influence of less-direct interactions through the use of lead scoring is also beneficial in the relationship between both teams.

HubSpot has proven itself well suited to almost all scenarios, and is certainly the most intuitive and user-friendly CRM that I have used. In particular, being able to collate various marketing activities under the same campaign allows for easy measurement and tracking of effectiveness, which is a very time-saving feature.
