Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Hubspot helps us manage deal cycles are track communication patterns with new business deals.

  • Internal organisation and teamwork
  • Sequences could add AI to manage errors
  • Too difficult to prioritise tasks
  • Cannot group tasks
  • It has reduced the cost of new business acquisition
  • It has help us adopt our marketing style based off our average deal cycle
  • Hubspot is quick and easy to logon at the start of the day reducing the need for downtown in terms of replying to company emails
I think HubSpot has better useable than most other CRM's I've used.

I find it much more user friendly than Salesforce.
Salesforce is more difficult to customise, use and manage than Hubspot.

I would recommend HubSpot everyday of the week over Salesforce.

Hubspot is well suited to managing client relationships and is a best-in-class CRM solution.

Sometimes when using it to manage tasks it can be difficult to place tasks into sub-categories.
