I can quickly and conveniently keep in contact with customers new and old; it also keeps me organized and on track with my work. everything is right in front of me and i can easily update customer information. it is very useful to me and I'm glad we have access

text to speech would be a nice feature
needs a more detailed guide that focuses on how hub spot works and what to do
accesses emails more easily and maybe a prompt of what to do or say would be helpful

bar none very easy to use but more training mods would be nice i think if we had more info on how to use the software it would be more helpful

it keeps me on track with my work and I am able to stay focused with the easy-to-use interface I do think more training modules would be helpful or videos on how to use hub spot would be a nice feature to have. everything else is easy and easy to navigate
