Very good platform for BDR outreach
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use Hubspot as our main CRM at Relay42.
I track all the BDR numbers, activities and metrics on the BDR dashboard in hubspot. We also use Hubspot for our BDR sequences and tracking all engagements/interactions from prospects.

Pros
- Building lists of contacts and accounts with very good filter functionalities
- Easy to build sequences and enroll or unenroll new contracts
- Very easy to build dashboards to track certain metrics, numbers or activities
Cons
- You can't update your sequences in real-time. So even if you edit or update the messaging in the sequence the contacts that are already enrolled won't see the new changes/edits you made. Very annoying, especially for event outreach and follow ups.
- You can only enroll contacts into sequences from the contact list page, so if you are on a contacts profile you can't enroll from an individual basis
- It's been fundamental to the business for getting activity out at scale and building accountability within the BDR team
Me and my Marketing Director use the Hubspot dashboards for alignment and reporting
Its better than all the above platforms. Mainly because of the scaleability of the platform but also the ease of use
