Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We offer benefits and insurance plans on a month-to-month subscription basis. To facilitate the enrollment process, I utilize HubSpot, it allows me to streamline operations and gain valuable insights into our members' data.To begin, I create customized payment links and enrollment forms for our members. These forms capture essential information such as personal details and the benefits they wish to enroll in. When members complete the enrollment form, HubSpot automatically generates a deal, which is placed in a designated pipeline. This process allows me to have a clear overview of who has enrolled, the benefits they have selected, and all other information. We also provide payment links for members to make their purchases. When a member chooses to purchase benefits using a payment link, HubSpot seamlessly collects all the necessary information during the checkout process. However, I currently face a challenge regarding payment reporting. I am unable to find a report within HubSpot that allows me to download all the payment-related information I need. This limitation hinders my ability to efficiently analyze and process payments. Additionally, in cases where a payment fails, I am required to manually go through the process of canceling subscriptions, which is time-consuming and prone to errors.
  • The pipeline feature in HubSpot allows you to visualize the different stages of your sales process. Each deal created from an enrollment form represents a member's enrollment journey, progressing through various stages. By organizing deals in pipelines, you can track and manage the status of each enrollment, ensuring a streamlined workflow.
  • Payment link integration: When members choose to purchase benefits through payment links, HubSpot allows you to seamlessly collect their information during the checkout process. This integration ensures that you receive all the necessary data, enabling you to process benefits promptly.
  • You can create customized enrollment forms that allow members to sign up for benefits. These forms capture essential information such as member details, selected benefits, and any additional information you require. When a member completes the enrollment form, HubSpot automatically creates a deal in a designated pipeline.
  • You can generate customized reports that provide insights into enrollment trends, benefit selections, and other key metrics. However, I'm encountering challenges in obtaining comprehensive reports for payment-related data.
  • Managing failed payments and cancellations manually can be time-consuming. While HubSpot may offer a specific report for failed payments, the platform does not automate subscription cancellations. By streamlining this process, you can minimize manual intervention and ensure accurate subscription management.
  • Currently, we are unable to create bundles within the HubSpot payment system. The ability to create bundles would greatly enhance our offering and simplify the purchase process for our members.
  • We also require a rule that mandates the selection of a secondary program when a member purchases a specific primary program. This rule is important for ensuring that our members have comprehensive coverage and fully understand their benefit options. For example, if someone purchases Program A, we would like to enforce a rule that requires them to select Program B as well. This rule helps us provide our members with a well-rounded benefits package that meets their needs.
  • The implementation of payment links through HubSpot CRM has had a positive impact on our overall business objectives. It has allowed us to tap into a new market segment consisting of individuals who are not currently employed or do not have enough work hours for regular benefit deductions. We have successfully attracted and acquired customers who previously wouldn't have been able to enroll in benefits. This has resulted in revenue growth and expanded our customer base.
  • We introduced a subscription model accompanied by an affiliate program. Through this program, individuals can purchase the subscription and receive unique referral links to resell our benefits program. The implementation of this program has significantly increased our sales, as the affiliates actively promote and sell our offerings to their networks. This has led to increased revenue and boosted our market reach.
  • We have successfully implemented a 1-dollar processing fee strategy using HubSpot. When someone purchases a subscription, their benefits only start on the first day of the following month. By introducing this processing fee, we collect money upfront and can assess the payment's success before activating the benefits. This approach has helped us mitigate potential payment failures and improve cash flow management. It has also streamlined our administrative processes and reduced the number of manual interventions required, resulting in cost savings and shorter deal cycles.
This is the first CRM I've used.
