My sales organization uses HubSpot for many reasons. To maintain & organize customer records (company & contact). To distribute, track, & manage our email marketing campaigns. To create, distribute, track, & manage a variety of new & existing customer outreach campaigns. To forecast, track, & manage sales. To simplify & easily distribute important documents & information to our customers. To manage & develop our sales representatives, and help them use the HubSpot tools to grow their respective sales regions & customer bases.
- With HubSpot Templates, it is easy to create, distribute, track, & manage personalized emails with unique content.
- With HubSpot Deals, I can customize the properties & deal stages so they are relevant to our business & sales cycle. The interface is streamlined & intuitive, which means that my sales reps are more likely to engage and use the program regularly.
- HubSpot Reports makes it easy to summarize and share critical sales information with our CEO & CFO, which they use to manage cash flow & expenditures.
- We often find duplicate contact & company records. It would be nice if the program flagged duplicates and made us aware of them sooner.
- HubSpot does give allow us to identify the individual contacts outside of our company who open & view emails.
- Sequences are a little more complex & not as easy to learn as some of the other tools.
- Sales opportunity conversations have increased >50% YOY.
- Active customer engagements have increased by>70% YOY.
- Marketing email open & engagement rates have doubled YOY.
- Sales rep productivity is up >30%.
