Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I extensively use Hubspot daily to manage my account information, opportunities and prospecting activities. It is so easy to send out email templates and sequences. I love that it keeps track of what I've sent and warns me if I have already sent the same template to the same contact already. It actually makes prospecting fun!
  • Managing & Updating Sale Opportunities in an easy to use portal
  • Creating Email Templates is VERY Easy and quickly being able to prospect
  • Having contact info, LinkedIn links and company info in once easy to use place is great
  • Creating email/touchpoint activity sequences is easy. It allows you to add non email activities as well
  • I can't think of any as an end user and I have used all of the competitive products.
  • I am at a new company now for 5 months and am using Hubspot again after using one of the major CRM tools. I have been able to send out more prospecting emails in a couple of hours compared to what I sent out in one month with the competitor.
  • Hubspot makes it so simple to integrate my calendar into my prospecting emails. I save 3-4 back and forth emails and a few days of time to nail down an appointment.
  • Hubspot also shows me visually who opened my emails and what links they clicked in my email so that I can refer to that in my follow up emails. I can easily view my sales analytics to determine which emails have the highest open rates and responses.
Hubspot is by far the easiest CRM tool to use compared to other competitors. I have been in professional sales for over 20 years and used every tool out there. Speed and ease of use are essential these days and Hubspot provides the most efficient solution for me to manage my daily sales activities.

I have been a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for over 20 years and have used every CRM tool out there. Hubspot is the best CRM solution that I have used. It is so easy to use to manage long, complex sales cycles that have a lot of different types of activities. It is also well suited to make updates from one screen. Other tools require a lot of steps and bouncing back and forth between screens to make simple opportunity updates like close dates. It also is great to manage smaller deals and accounts because it does not take much effort to set it up and customize it to your sales cycle.
