Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I extensively use Hubspot daily to manage my account information, opportunities and prospecting activities. It is so easy to send out email templates and sequences. I love that it keeps track of what I've sent and warns me if I have already sent the same template to the same contact already. It actually makes prospecting fun!
- Managing & Updating Sale Opportunities in an easy to use portal
- Creating Email Templates is VERY Easy and quickly being able to prospect
- Having contact info, LinkedIn links and company info in once easy to use place is great
- Creating email/touchpoint activity sequences is easy. It allows you to add non email activities as well
- I can't think of any as an end user and I have used all of the competitive products.
- I am at a new company now for 5 months and am using Hubspot again after using one of the major CRM tools. I have been able to send out more prospecting emails in a couple of hours compared to what I sent out in one month with the competitor.
- Hubspot makes it so simple to integrate my calendar into my prospecting emails. I save 3-4 back and forth emails and a few days of time to nail down an appointment.
- Hubspot also shows me visually who opened my emails and what links they clicked in my email so that I can refer to that in my follow up emails. I can easily view my sales analytics to determine which emails have the highest open rates and responses.
