Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot to manage new incoming leads, make income projections, and manage ongoing contacts. Managing hundreds and thousands of contacts is next to impossible without a CRM and Hubspot makes the job very easy with all the automation and reporting available. It's perfect for organizing and transmitting all sales materials and transaction documents as well.

  • I am easily managing a lead count of 2400
I have only used Hubspot but it seems very easy to use. It's pretty handy that there are so many resources to get questions answered and to take courses to increase your knowledge. I have never had a question go unanswered for more than a few minutes. Whether it was from a help topic I read or from direct support help, very easy to get an answer and keep your day moving forward with this system.
Hubspot has made it simple to connect incoming leads with the appropriate sales staff that can best help them achieve their goals. Sales can get training as needed on their specific questions and marketing in general can get granular data which helps to refocus efforts where they will be most effective and will generate the most leads
I have not used other CRMs except custom-built CRMs for a large financial company in NYC. Hubspot is definitely better.

Hubspot is particularly well-suited for vetting new incoming leads, scheduling follow-up activites based on initial communication, tracking email correspondence and contact attempts as well as profile characteristics which are very useful for reporting. Custom dashboards are also very useful because you can set them up so that you log in, you can instantly get into your workflow w/o having to consider what to do first. You can take the thinking out of it & just contact/sell. This is also very useful for new trainees that are intimidated by Hubspot when they first see it. You can have them use a custom company dashboard as default and increase their productivity.
