Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to database new prospects, segment them, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and sequences, and book meetings. The integrations with products like SalesNav are great for gathering prospects and easily getting them into the system. I would recommend HubSpot for anyone looking to increase outreach via calls or emails to prospects.

Pros

  • Easy to build sequences
  • Easy to build lists of prospects
  • Easy workflows around calling and emailing
  • Easy to see activity and status on accounts

Cons

  • Paywall can be a little annoying
  • Building lists can be buggy, filters are not easy/dont work sometimes
  • Increased sales
  • Increased retention
Very easy to use, no major complaints outside of reporting

Great option for small to midsize companies. For any company that doesn't need SF or similar, HubSpot is the way to go. Very easy to use and get set up, easy to understand, very few things require an expert or admins help to get set up, and you won't be waiting minutes for a page to load.
