Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I work in tech sales and I couldn't do my job without HubSpot CRM. All of our client data is in HubSpot CRM, as well as billing and stuff like that. We also use it for outbounding efforts to generate new business for the company. It's super easy to use and I'm very grateful for that.

- It crashes sometimes
- Local time for the contacts in HubSpot CRM would be a nice touch
- The ability to blast emails to multiple contacts without them being in a sequence
- It helps bring in new business because there's a lot of different ways you can use HubSpot CRM for Outreach
- You can keep up with billing
- Integrates well with other software. These different technologies help us reach out to more prospects

We used to use Outreach but we stopped because it wasn't as robust as HubSpot CRM. It also wasn't as easy to use. We couldn't store any client data in Outreach because it wasn't made for that. It also didn't integrate well with HubSpot CRM. So we got rid of it and I'm so glad we did.
