Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I work in tech sales and I couldn't do my job without HubSpot CRM. All of our client data is in HubSpot CRM, as well as billing and stuff like that. We also use it for outbounding efforts to generate new business for the company. It's super easy to use and I'm very grateful for that.

  • Local time for the contacts in HubSpot CRM would be a nice touch
  • The ability to blast emails to multiple contacts without them being in a sequence
  • It helps bring in new business because there's a lot of different ways you can use HubSpot CRM for Outreach
  • You can keep up with billing
  • Integrates well with other software. These different technologies help us reach out to more prospects
It's super easy to use. Very beginner-friendly. I like how I can pin certain things to my favorites and easily access them. I have sequences and tasks pinned to my favorites. That makes life super easy. I also love the dashboard options. My team uses one that shows all of our outbound activity.
  • Outreach
We used to use Outreach but we stopped because it wasn't as robust as HubSpot CRM. It also wasn't as easy to use. We couldn't store any client data in Outreach because it wasn't made for that. It also didn't integrate well with HubSpot CRM. So we got rid of it and I'm so glad we did.

HubSpot CRM is great for outbound efforts. It allows you to create sequences that make outreach super easy. If you're a growing business, you need HubSpot CRM to streamline everything. It's good for bigger companies.

I don't think it would be a good fit for smaller companies. It makes sense if you have a lot of prospects to reach out to.
