Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Marketing Hub

We are a Semi-Custom Home Builder in Washington. We use Hubspot's Marketing tools for our website and contact database. The Marketing Hub always us to track new and current customer activity on our website. It also allows us to share online marketing campaigns with our contact base. This has increased our sales without a doubt and made our company name better known in Washington.

  • Integration in our website
  • Sales analytics from website and emails
  • Maybe the workflows could be better regarding time frames? Workflows are "yes or no" but could be more specific regarding time or just days of the week.
  • Lead Response time is virtually down to seconds. Initial contact is never missed.
  • Form capture on the website is great. Sales does virtually zero cold calls because they come right through our website and marketing hubs forms.
Hubspot quickly became the preferred tool for our Marketing Manager across to our resident in-house Hubspot guru. Integrating the sales and marketing tools in one place in Hubspot rather than third parties just made total sense to us.

For us at Coval Homes, I don't believe we would be capable of doing what we need to do without Hubspot. Our website, email campaigns, and overall sales would be much weaker without these tools.
