- Maybe the workflows could be better regarding time frames? Workflows are "yes or no" but could be more specific regarding time or just days of the week.
- Lead Response time is virtually down to seconds. Initial contact is never missed.
- Form capture on the website is great. Sales does virtually zero cold calls because they come right through our website and marketing hubs forms.
