Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Sales Hub
Our Sales Department uses it to organize our valuable customers, manage daily tasks and follow-ups including calls, texts, emails, and meetings. They can communicate with the team by tagging them in HubSpot Sales Hub. They can track all the calls and minutes of calls as well as connected time. It helps streamline the workflow and create and modify the templates and send it out to our leads all at once.
- Simple and easy to use.
- Email automation&Sequencing feature is convenient.
- Easy to keep track of record of every leads contact info email open and clicks.
- Takes some getting used to.
- the meeting link that we can incorporate into our email templates.
- The Sequences feature is incredibly helpful.
- The Companies layouts are very [straightforward] and you can keep track of all company activity from that page as well we deal pages.
- Better aligns out material with out goals to increase efficiency.
- Get better feedback on what leads have seen.
We haven't tried other CRM Products because we are pretty happy with what HubSpot Sales Hub can offer.
