Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot Sales Hub

I use HubSpot Sales Hub as the CRM to keep track of contacts, accounts, and deals flowing through my pipeline. HubSpot Sales is the main tool that I use in my day-to-day activities because it tracks all of the important data of who I need to reach out to and why.
  • The task feature of HubSpot has been super helpful for me to organize what activities I am focusing on throughout the day. Instead of having a generalized list of the activities that need to take place today, I can organize that list by calls, emails, to-do's, linked-in, etc. That way I can take an hour of my time and focus on only doing phone calls, only doing emails, etc. It has helped me increase my productivity by making 20 phone calls a day to 100 phone calls throughout the day.
  • Hubspot Sequences are also super helpful in order to plug and play contacts that need similar solutions. The automatic email feature allows me to not have to spend time sending a simple email template. Instead, it automatically sends that email out at the time that THEY would most likely respond.
  • This gives me more time to focus on the tasks that I can't automate, allowing me to be way more productive. I can also customize my sequences to automate when I am reaching out, and what activity I am doing.
  • Sequences give me the ability to create a highly customized approach, with the scalability of a plug and play format.
  • I would love to see things a little more simplified or have the capability to hide everything except what is important to me in my role.

  • HubSpot Sales Hub made my day more organized and productive, allowing me to make 100 phone calls a day at the same time that it took me to make 20 phone calls a day.
  • I am able to create a custom quote for a client in less than 5 minutes with the plug and play capabilities.
  • HubSpot Sales Hub tells me what I need to do for the day so that I don't have to think about it.
The main things that I like about HubSpot Sales Hub compared to Zoho are the ability to organize the tasks that I have for the day, and the ability to create sequences. When I used Zoho for 1 year, I wasn't able to find those capabilities. The organized tasks and sequences was allowing me to be a lot more productive throughout the day.

HubSpot Sales Hub is perfect for my role in the software world. Any SaaS company should use HubSpot Sales Hub to keep track of their deals and accounts.

I don't have much experience working in other industries with HubSpot Sales Hub, but I'm sure that there are some use cases where smaller companies that don't need as many tech integrations would find HubSpot Sales Hub as over kill.
