It integrates with our payroll company which is a huge bonus because we don't have to manually import or transfer data from one program to the other to ensure that our employees receive their enrollment packets and portal invites when they become eligible, and the paycheck deductions are automatically setup after employees have made their elections.

Onboarding & implementation was fairly painless. We had some complications that affected the process but it had nothing to do with Human Interest and was all to do with the previous 401k companies we had been contracted with, getting our accounts closed out and data transferred from them. Since we got our implementation sorted and the integration set up with our payroll company, things have been run very smoothly.
