We are a Contact centers solutions provider, The main purpose to acquire the Humanity was to manage and maintain of schedule for our contact center agents. Humanity is used to monitor and evaluate the working hours of our employees as well as provide us with the functionality of real-time 11th-hour/Last-Minute schedule changes and notify our staff via app and Email.
- Provide us with last-minutes schedule changes with notification to staff
- Scheduling of team
- Conflict-free schedules based on employee availability,
- There should be an intimation if someone miss to clock In
- Customization should be enhanced
- Scheduling and enabling user to make changes on real time
- Reduce overtime and overstaffing by taking the guesswork out of managing labor costs
- A smarter scheduling system means fewer overhead costs associated with building your schedule
- Improved productivity
- Increased customer satisfaction by smarter scheduling
- Having insights of our staff time is crucial
