IBM Cloud Pak for Automation helps to automate business operations and offers an integrated coordinated software platform that provides the capabilities to digitize the business operations. In key areas where automation offers advantages, the platform provides applications: content, workflow, decisions, and capture. Depending on the problems your coworker faces, you can use any of these areas as an entry point into the platform and mix and match functionality as needed.

IBM Cloud Pak for Automation provides a single-user interface for organizational continuity, reusable skills and assets you can share between applications, and platform resources that drive operational intelligence analytics and insight. In addition, the platform will coordinate its functionality with the current infrastructure--content management for the case management needs of an insurance firm, for instance.
Pros: Financially, cloud computing makes a lot of sense. You can develop new applications faster. Your business would be able to visualize a product or new application, have the infrastructure, and build the new application much faster than they have ever been able to do in the past by using the platform as a service. Cloud computing helps you to concentrate more on your organization and not on operating data centers.

Cons: It is not the central focus of most organizations to operate data centers. Using cloud computing frees IT to focus on developing applications that have business value and not on managing the data center. Some people believe that cloud infrastructure is not secure. Cloud computing may not be the right fit for all workloads.

Our human resources department uses this product in customer relationship management in order to improve business relationships. Besides the customer relationship, we use this product in out supply chain management process.

Besides a person need to know the each process of the business well and have the managerial roles and leadership skills. In addition, you need to have the ability to negotiate with business and individuals to create a win-win situation.
