Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation
We are using Cloud Pak for business automation to create software help Telcom and banks in their daily jobs like repetitive tasks using RPA, archiving using FileNet, automate business workflow using bpm, the beauty of Cloud Pak is it will help in doing not just automation but maximum automation as there is a tool for any case

Better ROI, Cloud Pak for business automation has all the required features in one place and the licensing model is perfect as it can be perpetual not subscription only 'VPC concept is magnificent as I can use VPC in applications then Uninstall and reuse in another application with capabilities to int2witj other IBM applications

Now IBM has it is own RPA, you should remove IBM with Automation anywhere, also there is now process mining that is recently been added to Cloud Pak for business automation, My plan is to use bpm then use processes mining on its transactions, while using RPA for applications that don't have api
Most of the customers in our region use on-prem version, now a lot are trying to use OpenShift version, the flexibility on using it on any cloud is very good for customers, and the mix between cloud and on-prem
