Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation

The need for the business to secure and ease control/manage all the company data from a central location at any time is the main reason why we opted into IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation. With it, we have been able to quicken our transformation digitally, improve the experience for our developers, and enhance faster delivery of applications among other things. With this software our company has achieved and increased the business agility making it easy for us to focus on product development and service delivery.

Pros

  • With this software, it is easy to speed up the digital transformation process.
  • Data collection and analysis can be done more quickly and efficiently.
  • Cloud migration readiness is also easily enhanced by the IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation software
  • It makes it easy to control any company's consumables. For example, you can only pay for what you require at the time you require it.

Cons

  • My only concern about this software is pricing. It is a bit expensive to acquire.
  • We have realized the reduced time to market and service delivery
  • Interoperability and operational procedures are also put in place and hence an easy flow of activities.
  • Various applications can be interlinked and secured on the cloud via powerful APIs

Generally, this software is just amazing and suitable for any business that I can recommend to anyone.
