Overall Satisfaction with IBM Cognos Analytics
Our company has been using IBM Cognos Analytics for reporting purposes for many years and it has been pretty stable. The newer version of IBM Cognos Analytics has so many new features, like data sets and data modules, that have been helpful to build interactive dashboards that can be used to paint a clear picture of many reports.

We haven't yet used the self-service capabilities
They are the key as we have different branch office data reports and we need to limit the access of each report to only show data from their branch--this is working pretty well for us.
