Overall Satisfaction with DB2

We are implementing it on a personal level with systems and applications projects under development in order to have a broad first-hand view of the user experience and to be able to recommend the implementation in our department and in the future throughout the organization.
  • Very good availability and performance
  • support for various operating systems
  • Data management is efficient and security is guaranteed, which gives us confidence
  • setup and implementation can be a bit difficult or confusing for less experienced users
  • Response times in customer service could be improved
  • It is too early to be able to say that something concrete about the contribution to the objectives of the area
The experience of having the database in the cloud opens an opportunity for improvement and innovation for our department, which makes us want to implement this solution over a traditional local solution.

Db2 on cloud is a very good way to introduce ourselves into the database environment located in the cloud, since it provides a great level of versatility, flexibility and security, which can translate into a better performance of the productivity of our systems and therefore from our department.

Db2 on Cloud should not be taken lightly as it has a medium level of complexity when installing and configuring its implementation
