- All in all, it serves as an intermediate server capable of handling mixed workloads from many operating systems. Fantastic processing power and dependability make it a great choice
In terms of performance, the S914 surpasses all of its predecessors. The new IBM Power 9 S914 system cost less than the preceding systems in terms of money. The footprint of the system in the rack is significantly reduced. Compared to prior versions, the power usage is reduced. With the switch to a colocation approach, we now have to pay extra to have electricity delivered to our servers. In other words, we are using less electricity than we were with the old model.
