  • Yes, the majority of Power 9 Servers are used for critical applications. Full 24-hour assistance is a no-brainer for anything worth acquiring and putting to use as a critical business tool.
The IBM Power System LC922 performed admirably when dealing with massive datasets without the complication of a cloud environment. I feel that the IBM Power System LC922 exceeds the majority of hardware suppliers in terms of both performance and customer service. In comparison to any other vendor we now employ, the simplicity with which we can file trouble cases and receive either assistance or replacement hardware from IBM is far greater.
When it comes to running vendor-supported programs, IBM Power servers are often a solid choice. They have a reputation for providing high levels of dependability and assistance. IBM Power servers are extremely reliable and have very few issues. When new and desirable software is not supported or optimized for the IBM Power servers platform, this is an area where the platform's capabilities are constrained. This is frequently found in tiny applications and development tools, among other places. Many times, the software is written on Intel chipsets and then transferred to IBM Power chipsets after some time.
