As an Engineer IBM Process Mining is a very terrific, powerful, and reliable process mining tool that gives us an objective view of business processes and helps us to identify areas where automation initiatives should be focused put more effort on certain business areas. I also like the what-if scenarios which helps us to prioritize automation in all our projects. It also helps us to find the best candidates for automation and calculate expected ROI. I like by combining data mining and process analytics, we are able to mine log data from our information systems where we are able to understand the performance of our processes, revealing bottlenecks and other areas of improvements. It helps us to leverage data-driven approach to process optimization, hence allows us to remain objective in our decision-making and all our business processes.
