Vetted Review
Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation
Currently, we are the IBM partner who implemented the first project for IBM RPA in the middle east & Africa. We work with telecom companies and banks to automate repetitive tasks that take a lot of time from employees and also help them in the reconciliation between different systems which takes a lot of their time.
Pros
- The only RPA in the world that can run multiple bots on the same machine.
- Very strong reporting tool.
- Due to it is different development approach, it is faster than other RPA's.
- Can solve Captcha & Recaptcha
Cons
- Task discovery
- Linux for client machine
- Ability to run fully functional on a remote server
- IBM RPA can run multiple bots on the same machine so it gives the best ROI comparing to any other RPA.
- IBM RPA is much lower than other RPA vendors.
- IBM RPA contains IVR &Chatbot which reduces the cost of buying them separately.
I didn't integrate with third party but used the chatbot to work with the bot allowing end user to communicate directly with the bot,This allowed to initiate tasks and run reports, giving all the orgnization user the ability to use the bots without need to attended bot.which was cost effective
we worked in a use case that reduced the work from 18 days to 1 hour,This was executed by working in several systems ,doing several task including extracting from database , work on excel, run commands ,calculating all in one report to free a full dedicated team to this monthly task
License Model,Concurrent bot execution,Concurrent license model,Internal reports,Dashboard, unlimited users, being part of the cloud pak for automation ,integration with IBM business process managment,Intgration with IBM operational decision management, Integration with IBM Datacap, ability to communicate with the bot from email, ability to communicate with the bot from chatbot
