Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation with Automation Anywhere

We have a group of developers focused on RPA in order to automate internal processes of our company. We are currently working to automate part of our processes in order to reallocate our employees and increase the company's profit, leaving repetitive tasks for the robots.
  • It has its own programming language
  • Courses for beginner partners in the tool
  • Possibility to develop DLLs as medabots
  • More than 500 tasks for automation
  • Difficulty of implementing the Control Room
  • Debugging difficulty
  • Low implementation cost
  • Low maintenance cost...
  • Problems with Token Validation
  • Robots work with low error rate
The tool works very well and very fast when it comes to extracting structured data from the web and filling spreadsheets in excel. More than 500 possible tasks help automate any mapped process.
As a market leader, it has some special features that make it very easy to automate repetitive processes such as sending and receiving emails, extracting web data, reading in Citrix environments, and thousands of other possibilities. But some things can improve, since in OCR there is still some reading difficulty.
