Overall Satisfaction with IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson

At my organization we deal with a very prolific product and that is money which in all cost it must be kept safe. IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson is one of the best tools from IBM we use to make sure all of our mobile devices are fully managed and secured from any internal or external threats. It manages and secure our mobile workforce with AI-driven Unified endpoint management. Not only our mobile but also our clients data is kept safe, protects our laptops, desktops, and smartphones, tablets and overall all of our organisation endpoints. Overall it makes our device management to be smooth and efficient in one place.
  • Data loss prevention. Our data even of our clients is well protected.
  • Remote support capabilities helps our teams to focus of management and endpoint security.
  • Threat defence. Our devices are protected with the robust security features.
  • Native patching and updates.
  • Takes a while to update when a new OS is launched.
  • The UI is pain to navigate through. Should be more user friendly and easy to customize according to my preference.
  • Set-up is simple and flexible.
  • Gives impressive amount of control over mobile devices.
  • Track and monitor our remote device.
The integration with our security infrastructure was very smooth and seamless.
Implementation was smooth and very easy because it's very flexible deployment options on cloud or on-site is great.
The most standout feature among many more robust features is how easy to monitor and track all our organisation cellphones and tablets in one place. Its easy to personalize all the devices according to the department for easy identification and security practices are observed. Its also easy to set up and maintain hence great value for money.

One thing about this tool is very cost effective and takes no time for the new user to get onboard. The support team has been there incase of any assistance or challenge we face they've made sure there is a solution to any challenge. I love the ability to remotely track and monitor our devices incase of any threats intruding or stolen devices we are able to stop it by locking the device easily.
