We have multiple online customer engagement platforms and their related functions, and they all are completely dependent on IBM Turbonomic. The fact that this application continuously monitors our virtual platforms without any lag and promptly allows us to allocate required resources at the time of need lets our online processes run smoothly without any breakdowns or system crashes. This is mighty useful specially when we run specific campaigns on various platforms and the system load needs to be increased based on the traffic enagaged. IBM Turbonomic make sure the required resources are allocated and distributed accordingly through various platforms to ensure 100% functionality.

As the organization had experience of years in using IBM products, we had the confidence that they will provide us with great support. And we needed a reliable solution as a financial institute to ensure continuous operations. Even though the price was very high, we made the correct decision to go ahead with IBM Turbonomic as the feedback from existing users in the region was very positive. We needed a solution which was capable of handling our automation requirements. All these were green in IBM Turbonomic.

Indeed IBM Turbonomic has enabled our organization to achieve faster time to market. The AI powered insights provided by the application has greatly supported us to make instant decisions which has provided a good return to us. The product is very smooth and can handle a big workload at once. It monitors all our virtual presence and effectively provides us with feedback and also make sure our systems are running perfectly. This is very crucial to our operations as being very reactive in the industry is highly crucial for us. Earlier when it was done by our own staff, the decision making time was very slow and as a result our service standards were very poor. But not anymore thanks to IBM Turbonomic.
Yes. Our own IT Team performances has gone up since they are working on very accurate insights provided by IBM Turbonomic. They are very confident to execute specific actions as the information is on point. As a user, I see the performance of IBM Turbonomic on a weekly basis and it is very clear to observe that the staff capability increase is very much related on the application implementation.
I am aware that the Infrastructure costs and data centre refresh costs has gone down from significant amounts. But I am unable to provide exact numbers as I do not have access to such information. But the decision to continue using IBM Turbonomic was made due to these cost savings as a one reason out of many.
