Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant

Our startup named ATRIS (Auto Transcribe Intelligent and Smart) gives many features to users with the core feature being automatic transcribe of Minutes of Meetings. We give a complete report including a summary type of the meeting important keyword date and deadlines, the tone of the meetings. Apart from the meeting we also managed services for individual customers and custom supports for like doctor-patient conversations. To give our users easy accessibility to what feature they want to use we implemented IBM Watson Assistant. It not only takes users to where they need it but also helps with FAQs and other functionalities.

The UI can be improved but it's good enough for basic functionality and It can be easily integrated with the different projects so I would say the usability of IBM Watson Assistant is as good as integration. It is rich in multiple features but at the same time, it is easy to access and control different features.
Custom users experience has engaged my customers from different backgrounds to easily access the feature they need in my software. The NLP had allowed us to guide customers through voice. Our startup is related to NLP and AI and to put the cherry on the cake we use IBM Watson Assistant this had attracted a lot of customers.
All the three alternatives were somewhat easy to integrate but the IBM Watson Assistant is really unique as it is not only easy to integrate it also affordable along with being so rich in features. I had used Azure Bot Service too and it is also great and all but IBM Watson just feels like a good choice.

To the best of my knowledge, IBM Watson is best for the software intended for business to customer products. As customers can be of any type there are some that can figure out things and some need help with accessing your website or software. For the business-to-business products, I think the ChatBot would be unnecessary as the employee are mostly trained.
