IBM Watson Assistant is a very organized tool that helps our team to build and deploy chatbots for our clients. IBM Watson Assistant is flexible and provides us seamless step-by-step work process. It is very easy to use and deploy, we only have to work with APIs rest of IBM Watson Assistant will take care of all things.

Yes, AL and NLP are the backbones of IBM Watson Assistant and that is the main reason we are using this tool. It improved our overall customer experience.
There was a problem while hosting chatbots on other channels except for Amazon Lex offered, so we have selected IBM Watson Assistant.
