- Users interact with the application through a variety of interfaces, including voice and touch.
- More support on API service is required.
- Features should be added for training and modifications of model.
- The interface can feel a bit daunting.
- Easy for users to interact with the developer’s application.
- Seamless interaction with the vendor’s back-end systems.
- Easy to create an artificial personality that reflects the brand's demographics.
