Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Assistant
We were using IBM Watson Assistant to build an audio based bot (AudioBot) for one of our in-house Human Resource Systems for company employee use. It was intended to integrate the Assistant with one of our systems application, where users/employee can access their data, payslips, profile and other details using voice based commands. We were able to deploy in one company site for test and calibration purpose, we got overall positive reviews and feedback from most of the users. In few cases we had to improve the queries as to perform faster and accurate processing and indexing of the requests.
- Provide great APIs to integrate and work it. One can easily integrate it with any of the systems, applications, and devices without much overhead.
- Localised configuration based on user preference
- Detailed API and other support documentation with examples if possible to help developers in easy integration
- Use case reference examples codes etc.
- It enabled the users to more actively engage with the application portal.
- Improved the collection of company survey, feedbacks from the employees/users on timely basis with increased engagement.
- It helped in more accurately and productively go through the system application with audio search. helped save the user time.
One the major feature we implemented was voice/audio based recognition, it was amazingly accurate in understanding and processing the user input, with less false positive. Able to process the voice of different accent. The integration of AI allowed us to save the user preferences, and provide those preferences first to user when then visit the application, it also make recommendations based on the user preference, time and feature which user uses most while on applications.
